There are no additional standard shipping charges added at checkout unless a specific product or delivery location clearly states otherwise.

For GCC deliveries outside Saudi Arabia, customs or import procedures may occasionally affect delivery times.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable delivery address provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery where applicable.

6. Customs & International GCC Orders

For deliveries outside Saudi Arabia, certain orders may be subject to local customs procedures, taxes, duties, or import requirements.

Any such charges imposed by the destination country or authorities, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated on the product or checkout page.

Zunnera does not control customs processing times or decisions made by local authorities.

7. Delivery Confirmation

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided during checkout and confirmed by the delivery service, the order will be considered delivered.

If you believe your order has been incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter with the relevant delivery partner.
